The man flat out said in a press conference he doesn't like recruiting and it was a big factor in him leaving and not going back to college. Used the Cortez burning his ships analogy when he said it.

If he doesn't like recruiting and built that kind of team then that's amazing. Makes me want him for HC even more.

Saban said he wasn't leaving Miami, for what it's worth.

And he'll adjust. After he played us he was in awe of our athletes and wanted to build a team like ours. Only problem is you can't recruit Oregon for shite. Good luck finding the Arden Key's and the Mingos and all of our maulers in the pacific north west.

The guy had enough vision to offer Marcus mariota a scholarship before he ever started a high school game. The kid ended up winning a heisman.

Say what you want, the guy knows how to win.

You think Sabah likes recruiting? Or that he goes out thnere and bows down to these kids? Hell no he doesn't. Kids wanna win. They want rings and trophies. All you have to say is here is the winning team. We will give you a fair shot and we will win a lot of games. If he doesn't wanna play here, he doesn't have the balls for competition and doesn't have a taste for winning. We want alphas.

Almost the entire sec runs an up tempo spread right now. If you don't think it works you're not paying attention.

How did it work for Ole Miss last night?

How did it work for Auburn last season?

Aside from Auburn's fluke of a season in 2013, how many titles has it netted?

Nice that you have to discredit a title won with it to validate your argument.

The other Tigers took Bama to the wire as well in the NCG.

That OC now HC beat down Herman yesterday.

My one issue with all of the up tempo offenses is that the defense doesn't necessarily get time to rest if your offense scores too quickly. I live in Mississippi and some of the talk radio guys have been talking about the Ole Miss D not getting to rest enough.

No way Alleva pulls off a home run of this magnitude.

Clemson has co-OCs, Chad Morris was neither of them last year.

Just like that other coach who could not win in the NFL with Miami and returned to the college ranks at Bama, why can't Kelly return to the college ranks at LSU?

Unless O wins out or loses no more than one game, Chip Kelly is the type of offensive minded coach that could do well at LSU.

Just hope Kelly could keep Aranda and just let him take care of the defense.
