why would he leave?
Only things I can figure:
A. The AD is tired of the scandal. (read article for more details)
B. Tressel wants no part of coaching a team losing it's top players for 5 games next year.
C. He is burnt out and figures now is as good a time as any.

Heard their AD on Arute/Leach's Rivals show a day or two ago...no hint of this coming down
