1. What is floridas record this year? You really think there is no “construction” to be done? Especially to get the players for his system into the program?

2. Wanting to just coach and not construct is a bad formula for a college coach, especially in the SEC. with graduation and kids leaving early for the NFL, a college coach is always “constructing”.

We barely lost to an LSU team while being down 18 scholarship players including every skills position, and not limited to both offensive captains as well as defensive captains? We have something like 18 starters returning next year and a top ten class?

If Chip is smart he'll stay out of the SEC.

So is he coach now? Why isn’t twitter blowing up or ESPN saying this is s done deal. I’m highly confused. Have these gator fans actually seen the contract? Is that why they are claiming I?t is a done deal.

Is this actually true and confirmed? If so, let's see how this works out. He is not a guaranteed success. Chip may have been a one hit wonder with the Ducks, and perhaps his two failures in the NFL was the new Chip. If so, definitely a big name hire.

UCLA can bring in plenty of big talent. People act like recruiting has been set in stone and can't evolve at schools. The argument against Nebraska is more understandable because it's cold, boring, and in the middle of nowhere, but so are most of the other Big schools.

Maybe UCLA just needs the right guy. Is Kelly that guy ? I don't know if he is the guy to build a true foundation for UCLA but he can be the guy to inject success pretty quickly and that is proven.

Michigan, Wisconson, and tOSU are also cold, and you are also underestimating how damn good looking those Nordic looking Nebraska girls are. Frost can absolutely get Nebraska competitive on the Big 10 stage.

With UCLA in Beverly Hills and on the Sunset Strip, the right coach can build a monster program and recruit nationally and win big.

Florida is a much easier job to run than UCLA and has way more of a chance of reaching the CFB Playoff than UCLA

Yeah that's what I was getting at. Nebraska will take more work to get going again but it's not impossible. Pelini had them winning a good amount of games and I wouldn't say he is a top tier coach. We still don't know if Frost is either but maybe we get to find out.
