When people say it’s done, deal signed etc, that’s them planting their flag. That is the opposite of fluid. While the situation very well could be fluid, the “insiders” on here have stated deal has been closed.

I’m a positive person by nature, but even so I’m not gullible. When reliable sources confirm and Lincoln is standing at the podium, that to me defines deal as being closed.
