that there is not an opening for D-Line coach while Lane is still here. Once tha game is over Wednesday, then we might see something happen.

For what it's worth, the talk shows keep repeating that it's all bout money, both sides seeking leverage. Sexton is his agent, btw.

Traded e-mails with Bruce Feldman today. He wrote Meat Market, and has a relationship with O from his time writing that book. He told me that he "spent the day with him down there about a week ago. At the time he was leaning towards staying with the Saints." But he acknowledged that both the LSU and Tennessee DL and RC positions were very "appealing and each for diff reasons." Sounded like he and his family are "very happy" right now in NO though.

What are you talking about. Chavis designs defenses to stop the other team from making first downs and scoring. Coach O would follow Chavis' instructions since he would report into the Chief.
