Because every hire is a 10 to someone and a 0 to others. So until I see the product on the field it is midline, as we haven't seen the baseline of the team yet.

QB development was non-existent under him. Our QBs either flat lined or declined under Coach Kelly. Also, our offensive play calling was abysmal until he brought in competent OCs and let them take control, see Kelly 2.0.
I said it in another thread, he won a ton of games for us, but never the big ones, save for Covid Clemson.
