Never should have hired Pierce. The players coach never works out. It's been over 20 years since we've had a good team. It's exhausting

The problem for me is that they want a QB in this draft and I wouldn't touch ward or shadeur with a first round pick. Cam ward is Anthony Richardson

Dumb Pierce shifting blame. Yes the offense sucks and they have no QB. The coaches deserved fired but this is probably more about Pierce trying to take the heat off himself.
On defense, Passing and Rushing the Raiders rank in the middle.
But, look at Points Allowed they are 30 out of 32. Red Zone D, they are 27 out of 32. That’s your side of the ball Antonio and if Crosby wasn’t there they would easily be last.
And Pierce is the head coach of this trainwreck 2-7 team. He has got to go.
What if the Raiders not only take Sanders, but Dad as well?
