Disclaimer: I don't have a dog in this hunt and I didn't follow TD as close as usual during the holiday as I instead spent time w/ my kids and grandkids (and I'm glad I did). Consequently, I didn't read Philly's Thanksgiving post until just now. I also don't follow all the entire college football media to recognize when a TD poster has merely copied and pasted the media's content. I've got to say Philly's post meshes well w/ what actually happened. He also mentions something else I've wondered about, but have not seen addressed by anyone in the media: If CLK comes to LSU he might coach an LSU bowel game.

That's usually a NO. Different system, different nomenclature, etc. Not his play book. He's got to get a staff and recruiting going, the bowl game means little.

you saying it doesn't mean you were the ONLY person privy to that info.... you could have had it, even before him, and he get it around the same time....

He nailed the Golding thing when almost everybody was saying Judge.
Also, was he the one who said Kiffin would be interested in coaching the bowl game? Would be interesting to see if that actually happens. Hard to imagine, but maybe he does have interest.

Lane won’t be coaching the bowl game.
I’m interested in seeing what happens with Weis. There’s the USF chatter but some are saying that’s dead and he is coming to LSU.

Impressed with Philly calling Golding as interim while all the national media assumed it was Joe Judge. That's a detail that makes the rest believable.
