so long releases a legit statement after the BSU/ Nevada game that we will have a coach soon and Belini is a backup (gosh I hope NOT) then west outlets reporting that Coach Pete is not interested or not a candidate for the Cal job leaving only Oregon and Arkansas with a slight chance for Auburn in consideration. Lots of I like you and I like you back stuff happening. It should come to a head soon.

NIU is 12-1 and beat a ranked Kent State.
Boise is 10-2.

I think he is saying they make a BCS bowl which they are not projected to do. If need be we could buy out his bowl appearance for BCS.

No what I am saying is Boise can steal a bid tonight by being ranked16th. That will make it harder to get Petersen. If Boise finishes 16 they'll be ranked higher than Wisconsin, they get a BCS invite. They're an AQ not at-large in this scenario.

not happen they are in a 3 way tie foe their own division. They are not an out right champion not happening SDSU would bizzatch too much

What I am saying is Wisconsin has nothing to do with it because Wisconsin is the the BIG1G fricking Champions and are going to play in the Rose fricking Bowl against Stanford regardless of where they finish in the polls.
#21 NIU (12-1) beat #17 Kent State
#20 Boise (10-2) beat Nevada (7-5)
#18 Texas appears they are going to lose. #12 Nebraska lost.
So where does this #16 ranking come from now that Kent State lost? Neither NIU or Boise goes to the BCS this year.

And that means nothing, absolutely nothing. As long as they get ranked 16 and ahead of Wisconsin, they're in. That's the rules of the BCS.

Are you saying Wisconsin won't get an invite? or am i reading that wrong?
Wisconsin goes automatically as a conference champion.
