I think most salaries are off set by the new contract.

How do you guys know Blake didn't have a big part in this defense second half? You know he was a DC right and probably is leaving for a DC job on top of being hired to LSU to help Jones? Since y'all like to throw speculation around as fact I'm going with he was the reason defense progressed. God knows the LBs sure did.

Dude, shut up... you sound stupid. Its not speculation. Jones IS the defensive coordinator. The reason Blake Baker is here because Diaz demoted him from his play-calling duties in Miami.

I almost want us to get shredded in the bowl game then win it despite bad defenses so it will shut up all the simps on this board.

...and what kind of shite is this to say? So you want LSU to struggle/regress just because you don't like the fact that our defense has trended in the right direction under Jones.

You don’t think the first time DC is leaning on experienced staff for support? You’re a moron

Hey man, I dont care about that half a$$ narrative you trying to create. All coaches lean on each other from top to bottom. When the defense struggled early nobody wasted time pointing the finger at Jones... now that the defense has moved in the right direction, people want to take the credit from him.

The question is, how much of our success against Bama was just us coming out in a completely different defense than they were prepared for?

NFL coaches don't need weeks to make adjustments, the OC has been making in-game adjustments for 10+ years. The D was better in the 2nd half after BAMA had a chance to see it.

a swinging bunt would be a bigger hire than Daronte was.
