Sorry, there is no such thing when hiring coaches as a sure thing.
I really thought mullen at uf would be much better. There are plenty of big name hires that fizzle out, and no names that end up being great

Anyone who bitches about the Riley move doesn't know football. He's the smart choice right now. Will he be the best choice? Time will tell. I like both Aranda/Napier but you can't blame LSU for reeling in Riley over them.
