Saban did the same thing when he came to LSU with personnel infrastructure.
A HC is only as good as his assistants. If you don't believe that you are ignorant.
Assistants are what kept Miles here for so long. If he didn't meddle then he would still be here! That is a fact!

Wow y'all have 0 concept of money. What the hell pay Fisher an extra 4 million and then pay the addition 10 million to buy out the staff and then an additional 10 Million to replace them and then the extra 2.5 for consultants.

Fisher? probably 1-0 (if we're assuming he got to coach up our QBs over time, esp)
