I dont know why everyone wants the "one of us" coaches. Thats how we end up with the Johnny Jones'. I want a coach whos going to get results on the field not at the bbq pit.

I don't necessarily agree with it, but I can see the positive when folks hold this point-of-view. I think Harbaugh has proven he can win anywhere, but for him to be at his alma mater, where he learned to love the Maize and Blue, makes some people assume he'll love it that much more/try that much harder/maybe stay that much longer than someone who isn't a "Michigan Man".
I don't know that that is true, but I can see how someone could reasonably assume it to be and project it on Coach O.
Of course Harbaugh has proven his chops as a head coach with Stanford and the 49ers and Coach O hasn't proven his anywhere yet in a full-time job.
