Orgeron is going to be harder to fire than an incompetent brother in law.

He did well to fire Miles early. I'll give him credit for that. I fully believe we'd have a major portion of our moronic fanbase and media pushing for miles to keep his job (I believe he'd have the same record as Orgeron did).

He did a shite job closing the deal with fisher and Herman. If you want a good fallback, Orgeron is it.

Now we play the waiting game with the staff. God help us.

Still its addition by subtraction. No more garbage stone age offence (i hope)

This is very true. The good ole boys have their arms around this program now. That and our idiot fans will make for a long slide to the bottom if he is unsuccessful.

He'll take his fat checkbook and get the next top coordinator.

My concern, as is most rational concerned fans, is what happens every time a coordinator bounces?

of course, but he has to do a better job than miles did. miles did ok for awhile with Chavis and Aranda was a great hire but who else did he hire worth a shite?

From that article:

quote:

Going after South Florida’s Willie Taggart, an uber-successful coach that most LSU fans have likely never heard of and might have been soured on before he even had his first press conference?

What a joke of a statement. "Going after an uber-successful coach was just TOO risky because casual fans don't know who he is. Better to just eliminate all risk and appease the peasants with someone we KNOW has failed as a HC."
