Isn't he supposed to be a great recruiter?

I have always been intrigued with coach o. He is volatile but could be the best hire Miles ever makes. I am ready to roll with him on the staff. He is one of the best recruiters in all of cfb.

So O recruits great players( we already do that) and then we cannot coach them (we already do that on both sides of the ball)

SO tell me again why he will be a great DC??

We need a coach, one who can gameplan, adjust as needed and blitz- pressure on the QB, again a COACH

I did not realize our recruiting was so bad (neither did the NFL)

We do recruit great players but still loosing too many recruiting battles on some big names. Coach O would improve recruiting. Think he would be a great addition to staff but not as an unproven DC..
