Dang. Big money boosters must have jumped ship. Thought they were behind him a week ago. Power of the egg bowl I guess.

Rich Rod is hated by the fanbase BTW. It won’t be anyone on staff, I promise you.

I disagree with this decision. I believe at minimum he deserved at least three full years. He took a program that nobody wanted and was impossible at the time to recruit being on a ban. UM has won 54% overall and 42% of their conference games in history. This is a bad decision...they better have someone locked up already.

Why? I thought he did a fairly good job considering the youth at qb and horrible OL he had to work with.

If you have to tell your players not to act like a dog taking a piss then you’re not head coach material.

Pretty sure this happened under Hugh Freeze.

Yeah, pretty wild week. They went from thinking John Rys Plumlee was about to rush for 200 yards and they were going to back into a bowl on academics to cleaning house.

He refused to play the QB that have the offense more of a chance to succeed. How play calling was predictable and bland. It is obvious his offense doesn’t work in the SEC.

Bet that's why Leach hasn't made it to the SEC

Leach’s wide OL splits vs the speed of the D lines in the SEC has disaster written all over it.

I feel like McIntyre will get strong consideration there, and I'd be surprised if it is someone else honestly.

Kiffin or Leach. Not sure Leach is a fix for Oxfart though. Kiffin would be doing some slaying on sorority row.

Jesus. It could be a division whose coaches include

Saban
O
Fisher
Kiffin
Leach

The ratings would go through the roof.

Matt Luke was in the home of three-star #OleMiss commitment De'Rickey Wright when news broke. Wright, obviously, took it hard, but Luke advised him to stay patient and pray about his pledge. Say what you want about everything else, but Luke's always been a stand-up guy

Ouch. Poor Luke
