as a rutgers fan i would be very excited if they hired schiano. rutgers would get better and penn state would get worse. hes a good d coordinator, but is a terrible game coach.

At first glance, Mullen makes good sense. Destroyed Michigan in bowl last year, beat Urban last year, and has ties to the State.
