I was on the fence about Norvell when he was first hired to Memphis but like 2 days later this picture came out and then I was totally on board

I think this is a solid hire for them. But the most recent track record of hiring an offensive hotshot from the AAC after a couple of good years has not been impressive:

Rhule has coached both offense and defense. He was the OC at Temple when he was an assistant there
