Recruiting has changed.
Deion has had tons of medical problems all year. I go to about 3-4 CU games a year, the program lacks energy.

Yes, he could get recruits but he does not get the right coordinators. He hires a bunch of HoF friends with no coaching experience.

He’s been in the hospital more than at practice. It’s a bad situation but not completely Deion’s fault.
The two coaches in the Big 12 I’d consider would be Matt Campbell and Kalani Sitake.
Sitake in BRLA would be interesting. Completely not a culture fit, but maybe that’s good?
