NCAA needs a coaching roulette rule

NCAA needs a coaching roulette rule. No coaching changes until after the NC game. I hate to see all these players get distracted from their games. It just isnt fair to the players the way it comes down now.

It's better for the school in the longterm to just get it over with so the administration can take their time getting a staff together and not make rushed decisions, and the new staff has time to get going on recruiting
