LOL! I have never been negative towards Ms ST. That is until this debacle. And truly, this is not negative. It's observing real time events.

You have a weak AD who caved to pressure from a small vocal group (in comparison to the fan base size)that organized an all out effort to get rid of a coach those few decided needed to go.
In the process they 100% stated that Napier was a done deal to draw people to their cause.
Now... here you are.

John Cohen sucks. State deserves everything bad that comes to them for making that douche their athletic director. They're going to get stuck with someone worse than what they had (which isn't a compliment to what they had), because they are in a place that's a proven graveyard and they're impatient.

This has nothing to do with patience you dolt. When you can't control your players from cheating and fighting, you have a control and leadership problem. We gave Joe every benefit of the doubt, and when he continued to make questionable decision, he did nothing but react to twitter comments and calling out fans. He brought this on himself. There is not one thing you can point to during Joe's tenure where you can say that area has improved over the past two years.

Williams stayed in the dog house in his SR year. For the Bowl this year players were suspended.

Firing your 2nd most winningest HC will put out the flames of romance every time.
ETA after 2 years... really goes against the common courtesy you would expect. The coaches are a fraternity. The firing may not be sitting well within coaching circles.

You seem to struggle with putting 2 and 2 together in this situation. What you're failing to understand is that quality candidates aren't going to ask about the context because they are voluntarily eliminating themselves from the position before they would even be able to ask about the context.

ANd sir, THAT is the person and people Moorhead addressed after the eggbowl because Moorhead was made aware of it from a recruit.... that you lost due to it.
