He can't, but his qb resume speaks for itself. Also Florida kinda recruits itself. The downside of this hire is hevesy will be your OL coach. He's terrible

Georgia is on the rise.
Miami is on the rise.
Despite this poor year, FSU is still ripe with talent.
Mullen has to be able to recruit to be successful at Florida. The expectations at Miss State were low. 8 wins a year keeps you that job. 8 wins a year in Florida will have you gone in 3 seasons.
