Looks like SEC teams will have to deal with his blitz packages. Joining his son at Tennessee.

Tampa 2 in the SEC? Nice, is that one of those four year learning curves.

I really think that Lane Kiffin hire at UThug is puzzling and quite a gamble- time will tell if it pays off. I just think there had to be a better hire out there.

I would be really happy if I were at UT right now. Lane to run the Offense, and Monte on the D. The big question is if they can recruit as well as Fulmer did.

So what if he is bad? Does Lane fire his own dad? That would be interesting. Thats why I dont believe in hiring within the family.

Its in our best interest for UT to be worth a shite to keep UF and Bama in check.

With Berry and Vinson, it seems their defense is built for man coverage. I think the Tampa 2 is a waste of Eric Berry's talents.

Should help their atrocious linebacking corp.

berry could make a name for himself as a S in the tampa 2

but where are they going to get 2 elite pass rushers? those are required. without those that defense sucks

Berry could thrive in any system.

Vinson is wasted in a tampa 2

Other sec teams will bad mouth him bigtime. He's 68 years old. The guy may be dead before you even finish at UT

you morons sound just like you did when Meyer was hired as the UF head coach.

"That scheme will NEVER work in the SEC!!"

I think alot of you may want to get over yourselves. The gu is a professional defensive minded coach. If you think he can't adjust to what his defense is able to do, you're nuts.
