FACT? bullshite; that's speculation and speculation is far from fact. the michigan ad actually played on the same michigan team as miles; they are old friends. miles is PROBABLY seeing him face to face because the ad asked him to or miles asked him. it's POSSIBLE that miles believes it's better to explain to his old friend he's staying at LSU face to face instead of by his agt or an electronic device. this face to face means it's 50/50 or miles is staying. if it's a FACT he's going to michigan, there would be NO REASON for his friend to fly to Baton Rouge.

have we learned the difference between fact and opinion yet?

Fact gets a sticky. Opinion does not.
Fact.
Right?

Fact. All of these negotiations take place behind the scenes
Prom - you disagree with that?

That's a fact. But the rest of your post is not, as you implied.

Um, no, that's how you took it.
The rest of the post is my opinion. Have we learned the difference in applying 'fact' to a first sentence statement and then drawing conjecture from that?

Well my gut feeling has been all along that he would leave after the cotton bowl. Don't want him to but certainly would not blame him.

Fact: there is some serious crawfish occurring in this thread.
That's how you apply it to a single sentence. You would then create a hard return (double space) to signify the completed thought.

Miles is not coming back if he meets with Michigan
Fact.
Care to back up your fact guarantee?? I say we make this interesting since you are so positive!

Its ok Alleva and his staff will come back and say but but but but but Les you can have this and this and how about this and suddenly LES has us by the balls. Awesome
False. Lsu will make a good faith effort to retain Les. They will put the best contract on the table they think is warranted. They will also tell him that attanding the meeting with Michigan, recinds the offer.
Miles will also have a feeling what Michigan is offering (probably no official offer). Attending the meeting with Michigan likely nets Miles an offical offer that he will accept.
If he attends the meeting he is gone. If not, he has renegotiated.
The above text is strictly my opinion. I claim no inside sources and am privy to no information other than what is publicly available.

I agree 100%. I've said from day 1 that if the 2 parties actually meet, he'll leave.
