I can't help but notice how no one's mentioned McCarthy. The Packers organization wants him out, and he'd be under a lot less pressure here. He's obviously developed and utilized Favre and Rodgers well, so he's exactly what we need

I don't think he would do well in college. Not a bad coach by any means but I don't think his temperament and personality would gel with boosters or the administration as a whole.
