This dude has jumped in the coaching portal more than TJ Finley
And when you look bad at his resume, it truly defies logic on how he keeps failing upwards. He’s failed or been run out of town nearly every stop he’s been. He’s not even the best assistant available that is a former MTV two a days cast member you could’ve hired

At the very least you can say Sloan is relatively young both in age and experience as a play caller and could definitely improve
This guy has been changing jobs every 1-2 years for the last 15 years and it hasn’t been because of his massive success offensively at any of those places
It’s also just funny given how big of a deal it was made about NFL development the whole recruitment. Clearly not that big of a priority

Have fun with that shitty MI offense BU!! Seriously, can anyone tell me in the last 25 years when Michigan had a bad arse high-powered offense? I literally can’t think of one. Even that O last year that won the national championship was shite. That defense carried them and their vets.
