Michigan F'ed themselves hiring RichRod

With the personel he has brought in why would Les or Harbaugh go there? It would take them 3 years or more to get the recruits, they need, to run their system.
Michigan dug agile hiring RichRod. They shouldve given him1 more year with a good defensive cordinator. Michigan is just plain screwed. That was an all or nothing shot at RichRod and it failed. It's going to take a long time to get Michigan back to what they were.

This is an aspect that more programs are going to have to consider when hiring coaches with exotic systems. It essentially requires at least 2 years of rebuilding for the next HC regardless of the team just to get personnel in that fit. It instantly makes jobs less attractive.
Certain systems should also scare ADs because unless everything is perfect/ideal, it ALL falls apart ('10 Florida).
