Associates of ESPN's Jon Gruden, the former Super Bowl winning coach with Tampa Bay, say he would consider taking the Miami football coaching job if he's approached. UM ideally would like to hire someone with several years of head coaching experience. Mark Richt has been mentioned among members of the Board of Trustees if he and Georgia part ways.

I hope to God that doesn't happen. He will turn them back into the U if anybody can. Chucky would be bad news in Miami for the rest of college football.

What is it about his coaching that leads you to believe this?
In his head coaching career, he's only finished with ten or more wins four times. Yes, he won a Super Bowl, but he's barely over .500.

I would rather have a bad season and fire Les Miles for the medocrity we have witnessed the last 4 years as far as caoching ability, than have a 10-2 season with this sub-par coach. We are the laughing stock of the rest of college football. Recruiting is is his best asset and his players love playing for him. That can't be said for all coaches.
Do you honestly believe that we should not have had at least 1 more MNC with our talent in the last 6 seasons? I said this before on here, we wear down in the second half of the season, despite what our record says, on defense due to being forced to play so hard during the first half. The last 3 games our d has been bad against good offenses (also see AU). Bad D against good O, Bad O against medocre D's, that is coaching. Being in all of those close games and winning doesn't mask the shite on the field. It amplifies it.
I say ti again, UNC - dropped pass in the end zone at the end of the game, Tenn - we lost that game, UF - a bad team and got a lucky bounce, we were losing to McNeese!, AU and Arky lost. Go back and look at 2007, 2008 and 2009 for many more examples.

Congratulations. You win the retard of the day award. 10-2 is not mediocre. And in the last 4 years, we've won a national championship you dumb shite. The rampent stupidity in your posts in mind-boggling. I'm sorry we disappointed you with a good season.

No, we are not

do you realize that when we get a top 10 class, so do 9 other teams? Do you realize that probably 3-5 of those other 9 are in the SEC.

Aw, good ole Jake!

One of my fave JT quotes of all time: "YOU ALL Can THANK CARRIE UNDERWOOD posters for this loss!" - Jaketigger blaming me for LSU's baseball loss 5/22/10

Ok so winning seasons irk you?

quote:

We are the laughing stock of the rest of college football.

I will have to admit that fans like you are pretty damn funny.

quote:

Recruiting is is his best asset and his players love playing for him.

another reason to fire Les Miles?

quote:

That can't be said for all coaches.

So get rid of the one that players like and get one they would hate?

quote:

Do you honestly believe that we should not have had at least 1 more MNC with our talent in the last 6 seasons?

How was the LSU talent that much better than that of the other teams that won?

quote:

said this before on here, we wear down in the second half of the season, despite what our record says, on defense due to being forced to play so hard during the first half.

Now you are getting to the heart of the matter. Maybe the defense shouldn't play so hard during the first half?

quote:

The last 3 games our d has been bad against good offenses (also see AU).

And that caused us to lose all three?

quote:

Being in all of those close games and winning doesn't mask the shite on the field.

What ever happened to the old saying that good coaches WIN the close ones?

quote:

I say ti again, UNC - dropped pass in the end zone at the end of the game, Tenn - we lost that game, UF - a bad team and got a lucky bounce, we were losing to McNeese!,

Of course if you want to play what if games, it could be turned around errr what if Cam Newton has a sore ankle and what if Mallett has a sore arm? Wow fantasy land is easy. What ifs are for pussies.
quote:

. Go back and look at 2007, 2008 and 2009 for many more examples.

2007 sure sucked. And those losing seasons in 2008 and 2009 really hurt too.

Now tell is who you used to be before you got banned? This crap is too old and too stale. We have read it all before.

But keep posting because it's fun to see the inside of idiocy.

Some times I wonder just how smart some of our Alumi is - Miles is not going anywhere period. Let me qualify that - the only way he would go is if he wanted to.
