Less likely now, especially since it's been announced that Garner is coaching DL in press releases.
Fun fact: The last time State beat us(2007), Ellis was the DC, JB Grimes was the OL Coach, Charlie Harbison coached safties, and Melvin Smith coached DBs.
So this staff has already worked together.

MSU fans can't even decide if they like Mullen anymore after the meltdown of the team. They sure liked to brag about their secondary while Melvin was the coach.

Melvin Smith was effing horrible when he worked for Fran. surely Miss State will find an adequate replacement.

That entire defensive staff was at Alabama in 2001 and 2002. I'll never understand how they were so horrible at Texas A&M.
