Is he ever going to get another chance as a head coach at a G5 or even possibly a P5 job?

He’s 8-3 so far this year at perennial loser Austin Peay. It looks like he will win the OVC with them this year.

I know he had some NCAA issues during his last few years at ULL, but nothing was directly tied to him.

He’s won pretty much immediately at every stop he’s had. So does someone bigger than Austin Peay give him a shot or does he ride out his career there? He’s only 51, so there is plenty of good football left in front of him.

He'll be a leading candidate for Memphis once Norvell leaves imo.

I think the Cunard got fuller then dropped off when his old connections started to dry up. Almost like he had inroads in a few areas through his SEC years that allowed him to pull in some non qualifiers and such?

He walked into a full cupboard that Healy stocked at APU.

He can win with other coaches guys, but is TERRIBLE at building and developing a team.

He is a blowhard who's shite will get old and the team will quit on him. Might be a great coach to have on staff, but not as a head guy.

The fanbase will get sick of his shite too.
