Marcus Freeman as LSU's AHC & Head Coach in Waiting?

Is this even a possibility or will ND back up the truck and try to hire Freeman as their permanent replacement for Kelly? The guys on this ND podcast seem to think Freeman is the hottest commodity of any coach in college or the NFL.

Gotta think Notre Dame makes a run at Fickell which would give Freeman the opportunity to take the Cincy job. Who knows though. Maybe he wants to experience the SEC.

He picked ND over LSU last year. Even if they don't hire him as HC, do you think an incoming HC would be eager to replace him with someone else given the success in his first year.
