the bama fans that hung out with us late last night were pretty cool but then it was still just all in fun... given this recent revelation... i don't think its a joke anymore

How any bama fan could think this is all a coincidence is amazing

The melt down is going to come HARD

Even if he doesn't go this has been an epic few days and the Saban's will become the world's greatest trolls in my eyes.

ATT. And I'm doing off campus research south of Tuscaloosa - cell service is notoriously spotty out here. Especially our work site.

It hasn't been a joke since Monday imo. The minute Saban and/or Bama didn't put something out there that they were reworking his contract I knew something was up. He may still be trying to get Bama to match a UT offer but there's definitely something to all of this.

Mack is out as head coach regardless, correct? When do we expect that to happen?

sometime before Friday.

Some people were saying Tuesday yesterday (which would mean it's happening today obviously)

Saban is trying to figure out how to not be killed in Tuscaloosa.

He knows how crazy those fans are. He won't announce in t town.

That's why I think he stays in the end. If he can get Bama to match, what else can UT offer that would lure him away? I know the talking points: NC w/ 3 different teams, better city, ego, Terry, etc. But I can't see that being enough with his age and the pressure he would have to win immediately at UT if he goes.

So the only netjet flight out of the NW Ark airport yesterday was the one from Austin. Are you able to look on flight aware to see a history of netjet flights out of austin to that city? Have we ruled out that it might be an Austin businessman with dealings in Ark?

Enroute from Bham to AUS. Registered to Thompson Tractor Company, a CAT dealership, which was founded by Hall W. Thompson. Thompson is a Vandy grad and served on the Vandy BOT and is also honored as a "Distinguished Sportsman'" by the Alabama Sports Hall of Fame. However, he's lived in Alabama most his life. His son Micheal took over the company after his death.

Someone find out if his son is a Bama grad.

I honestly think Terry wants to retire in Austin. It's so much nicer than anywhere in Alabama
