If you knew that Saban wouldn't win another national championship, would Bama fans still want him?

That Vegas is even opening up odds makes the whole scenario seem more likely. They don't release odds based on hearsay.

Not really. The vast amount of posts and time you have spent on our boards says it all.
(PSSST…It's kind of obvious…)

That would make me more nervous than anything anybody has said or supposedly heard, Vegas don't just do shite for shits and giggles.

If we knew that for a fact? frick no. Why would we want a coach we KNOW wont bring home the hardware?
But we know that if he stays, the chances of him WINNING another is greater than him NOT.

I have spent a shite ton of time on this board the last few days and I really couldnt give a frick less what is said here to be honest. I believe what I believe and this is nothing but entertainment for me.
Will I melt if he leaves? Probably... But I'll be damned if I let you goons see it.

I'd say the chances of any coach worth his salt winning a NC at Bama is pretty damn high, at least for the next 2-3 years. Larry fricking Coker won off Butch's largesse, and IMO (and y'all are free to disagree and downvote) Bama's current roster and recruiting class has more POTENTIAL talent than even those Miami teams.

Thats a bold statement, but I dont think its a ridiculous one. If there isnt more potential talent, there is certainly not much if any less.

Potential is definitely the key word. I'm not saying that I am 100% behind it, but I wouldn't be surprised. The current class, especially if it finishes well, could well be the best that we have signed in Saban's tenure.

he has like 20 something posts and read his sig txt. frick him he's more than likely an alter anyway. Either that or a ranter that only comes out when he has the numbers advantage.

And just when we were all starting to get along.

Like I said, I expect disagreement and completely understand why. I'm a little fricked up on more than just weed at the moment, so maybe I'm just being a little more homerific than my usual reasonable self.

We just need some common ground.
For example, we all hate those fricking Moo U cowbells, right??!!??

Just tired of defending myself.
I'm not trying to girl fight. He still is.
I was probably the most active poster on this board before the Saban to Texas rumors heated up. Before there were any real threads on it. Y'all can go back and look
I have attended virtually every Alabama home game since 1994. I have a degree from the University. I live in Tuscaloosa and work at the Capstone. I like Alabama football. A lot. I like this board a lot. But posting about a topic that interests me is bad for some reason or proves something about my innermost fears.
Good grief.
