I don't know how you go about enforcing a contract clause like that. Maybe he can't take guys on the team or that have signed LOIs, but nobody's going to stop guys who haven't committed to anybody from sending their LOI to whoever the hell wants to accept it on signing day.
I've been monitoring more than posting in this shite show, but mark me down for he stays. I'm starting to think this ends up being a lot like Miles to Michigan in 07. The whole situation got bungled by boosters and reporters who couldn't just keep their mouths shut.

These things are fluid. It is highly feasible that those predictions were right on target, but changed in the end. High level boosters know business and it is NOT done until the $$ hits the bank. This happens in business ALL THE TIME. Looks 99% done and then "poof" something changes and its over.
Same thing could be happening here, but it works out. May not mean that any of it was not 100% accurate at the time. Not making any predictions, Just saying.

I'm 99% sure Saban has been (and still is) on those flights. There's no way one small plane like that could follow his movements for the whole day without it being him.
