That plane is registered to RA Aviation Corp. which is owned by Roy Anderson III. He sold his construction company a few years ago for about $70 million and also earned his undergrad from Alabama. Looks like it was probably a charter flight for Saban's recruiting trip in Tx today. He was in Beaumont visiting a recruit. There are pics floating around on twitter of him there today. Seems like business a usual for him and nothing out of the ordinary.
On a side note I believe he might be in Orlando tomorrow for the college football awards tomorrow night. AJ is up for two awards. He will most definitely be in New York on Saturday as the coach of the Tide supporting AJ.

Also FWIW, AJ was asked during the media session today for the Home Depot college football awards if Saban was leaving and he said no.
Also saw on twitter his mom was asked if he was leaving and she also said no way. It might not mean much but they are really close and I don't think they would stick that out there if they didn't 100% believe it.
