I would think freeman will elect to stay put and reunite with Fickell

He’s an absolute take if he wants to come, my only hold up is he’s already so high profile one year here and he’s looking at a P5 job. Then we’d be on our 4th DC in as many years

I actually love how simple this has made it. Anytime I see someone fawn over Fickell and melt over Kelly, it’s completely cut and dry, I know that person is an idiot and likely has zero clue about either coach outside of “rabble rabble ND gets all the luck” and some athletic piece about Fickell that told them he’s some savant ready to uplift some major programs to new heights


And hell, maybe Fickell is that great. But there isn’t a reason available to hire him that you couldn’t also say about Brian Kelly with even more success and experience at the highest level.
