I really believe that, we will see the results after 3 or 4 years. It was also stupid to pay buyout money for any coach or get into a bidding war to pay higher price. The money can be spent on improving the rest of the coaching staff and coaching is not only about the HC.

ya good point i mean going cheap has worked for the top teams out there Michigan Ohio state Alabama ... errr wait .... no they wanted to be elite so they manned up and went out there and spent the money on an elite coach.
