Hire a DC that coaches Lbers like Baker did, then hire a top notch safeties coach and DE coach to go along with Robinson and Raymond.

Because we're hiring him as DL coach not DC and A&M's defensive line was incredible when he was there. Sometimes position coaches don't make good coordinators.
