This offense has to be modified to fit Brennan's skill set. Do you trust Ensminger to get this done?

Nope

Bring in Moorehead as an analyst maybe but I want Ensminger and Munoz to continue this scheme.

It will either be SE by himself or SE retires and new OC. I don’t see O bringing in or promoting staff to fill Brady’s spot along side SE again.

Why not? It worked like a charm.

It was Brady’s system, he had authority with it. Bringing someone to fill his spot won’t have that same authority and it shows no value to keeping SE if he needs someone to hold his hand. Either SE can do it by himself or he can’t. If he can’t....

I promise you, SE wasn’t calling 1st and 2nd down with Brady only calling 3rd. SE gave direction on tempo and when to be aggressive or not, that was it.

If Brady is gone, why wouldn't they just continue to roll with the guy who spent the entire season calling plays with Brady?

Wait... you think the Panthers just spent a shitload of $ on an OC who has never called plays?

Rhule is going to be running his offense! He is going to help him with the offense just like he did at LSU.

That was Brady’s offense not SE. Brady ran the offense, he didn’t “help” or limited to 3rd down play calling

Lol ok

Yea, Brady showed up with a few passing plays and SE went from below avg OC to the best OC in the country and LSU history, calling all the plays...I mean, 1st and 2nd down lol.

There is some last minute attempts to keep him. I do not think we will be able to pay him the amount Carolina will pay him.

Munoz is a very impressive guy. He is a big part of the turnaround also.

It was a whole different concept.
Def Brady s concept but calling the majority of the plays was e.
Explain to me how every time they showed the booth e was calling in plays
He was pissed when we got the delay of game

The offenses were 2 diff offenses
Calling plays isn't that hard when u have 5 elite receivers.
Brady def had input but as far as just saying a play it was mostly e. That's the easy part though
Burrow did all the heavy lifting .
Brady installed the offense no doubt

Joe Brady himself has said that Ensminger called the plays.
