LSU needs to snag Tim Brewster when Jimbaw leaves for College Station

No one thinks highly of Baton Rouge, but it's really not worse than College Station. Also the whole point of hiring our blue runner chugging head coach was to hire elite assistants across the board, and steve ensminger does not fit that description. I think we can all appreciate what Steve has done for our school, but we need new blood. Also we need a national recruiter.
the ags are about to pay rumlin a fortune and jimbo. there's no way they'd match what LSU could potentially offer Brewster. yes, the ags have lots of money, but that buyout plus jimbo's demands? no reason LSU can't exceed A&M's best offer for Brewster
While we're at it let's give Thomas Mcaughey a phone call. time to strengthen those houston ties. it's just time O actually fills this staff with top tier assistants, which we should EASILY do with his hilariously low (relatively low. 3.4 too much) salary

My whole point is that the ags more money overall, but with Sumlin's absurd buyout plus Jimbo, it's really not unfathomable LSU has a larger staffing budget to work with if F King Alexander would for one second try not to be such a douche
