They all have 2 things in common. Outside of a rare season here and there none these coaches have a decent much less a good defense. The other is none of these guys have ever won shite.

An agreement in principle should have been done before this point. Any quality AD would have had things lined up.
You need to accept the fact that this search is at stage 1. The last 6 weeks were wasted.
