Thanks. I wondering because my niece and nephew go to Picayune and when they won the state championship, they never called it the Mississippi South Champion, just state championship. This is actually the first time I’ve heard of a north/south championship in Mississippi but was also wondering why it was being played at Tupelo and not a neutral field. This makes sense to me

it's higher ranked home field. until the final game that rotates between OM, USM, MSU. this year championship in Starkville
