Dave Aranda with an OC Kendall Briles offense would be special
That would be an absolute dream come true.
Although, I get the feeling that unless Briles Jr prefers to be a career OC, his next job will be a HC.

I believe they hire Mel Tucker.

Why the hell would we do that after dealing with O’s behavior?
It’s not the same issue but you have to get someone clean at this point.
Add Freeze to the list that probably won't get a call.

Frankly I like Dabo. Think this is the perfect time to make the switch. Clemson is done, don't think they getting back to where they were. At LSU he has a better opportunity, better recruiting base. Think he can do some good thing here.

He just stated in an interview this morning he is happy at A&M. He said community has embraced his family, his foundation, he loves his ranches, contract, and what he’s building there. He said LSU is a great place and wish them well on next coach. End of Jimbo conversation!

If you had a $500 poker chip which group of coaches is our next coach in ? 1,2,3 or 4 top to bottom

Rhule
Jimbo
Franklin
If he’s going big, those are the guys who could be at LSU for 20 years and have yuge success.

It’s clear guys. It’s Saban. Everything else is smoke. $20M per year.

What else is he suppose to say? Do you really think in the middle of the season he would say he is interested in the LSU job?

2019: 5-7 at Colorado
2020: 2-5 at Michigan St
2021: 7-0 at Michigan St
Overall as a head coach: 14-12
LSU is not hiring this guy.

Not so fast my friend. The NFL is run by soy boys
Exactly, a few off color emails from 10 years ago, who really cares ! (Who dug this stuff up, it’s always treated like this stuff just appears. NOT!
Jon Gruden would put LSU immediately on par with Alabama. Imagine the support staff he would bring in. Imagine the high school players that would want to come to LSU. Would likely end Nicks reign as continual #1 recruiting class.
We would be the dynasty,
but alas, “wok” won’t let it happen
Oh and Goodell is a pussy

Funny how I can tell who is too young to remember all the Jack Del Rio and Jon Gruden rumors

Bring Mark Richt out of retirement. Good solid record as a coach in the SEC (145-51), good morals - don't have to worry about him doing stupid shite off the field.
Posted on 10/19/21 at 11:42 am to midnight1961
Richt was diagnosed with Parkinson's. His coaching days are over.

Byron Leftwich. He has called plays as OC for Tampa the last couple of years. His offense was 3rd in NFL points per game in 2020 and 4th in passing yards per game.
The kids loves them some NFL, so he may have immediate respect.
