You get someone in there that’s humble and wants to be a better coach and prove everyone wrong. Doesn’t matter if it’s Strong or someone else.

He hasn’t been a DC since 2009. 12 years ago. College football is a completely different game. You would have the same issues you had with Pelini. Find a young up and coming DC that actually has experience calling plays and scheming against these modern spread offenses.
