Let it sink in that there is a huge talent disparity between Houston and lsu. This may have been one of the most talented teams in lsu. Houston according to an NFL analyst( I think detillier) has 4 upper classmen who will even receive NFL grades. Lsu will have 15+

1) Navy and Memphis aren't terrible teams.
2) Herman coaches Houston, not Notre Dame or UCLA. Houston is not historically a terrible team, but not close to a P5 program.
3) Wins over FSU, Oklahoma and Louisville in the past 12 months. Wins count as well as losses.

Herman also managed wins over FSU, Oklahoma, and Loserville. Name a better Tiger win in the last 2 years. Name a better O win EVER. His upset of Stanford at USC is the only one even in the ballpark.
