nice pull for sark. wonder if it's awkward for sark as he's still working for saban but also taking his coaches.

Sark is trying to take half of Alabama’s staff to Austin with him.

You would think.

Didn't Saban make some passive aggressive comments after Pruitt left about coaches leaving and trying to raid the staff of the team they are leaving? I think he was referring to Pruitt and Kirby both, basically making it sound like they are acting like ungrateful children for all Saban did for them and then they want to take his coaches.

This one was pretty expected the moment Sark was rumored to be hired at Texas. They came from the Falcons together.

They'll fail at Texas too watch. Texas is a void of shite where your career goes to die. Whatever it is over there nobody can have success.

Wiggins and Flood are going to be tough to replace, but if Alabama keeps Huff and Banks it is a win.

Wiggins and Flood came in with Sark in 2019, so I would imagine he had some input on them being hired. There was definitely some loyalty to follow him to Texas.

Let's say Bama offense struggles against Ohio St, you think Saban is going to blast Sark on the sidelines for all to see. I mean Saban still wants to recruit in Texas.

LOL. I'm sure they're broken up about having to go.

His son is a freshman walkon LB. I’d imagine he follows.

Unfortunately Sark has the luxury to give Flood the sole OC title while Sark can still be heavily involved in the offense and call the plays. Saban doesn't have that luxury. The best Saban could do would be to give him something like a running game coordinator, or at best, Co-OC title.

Factor that in with the fact that Sark & Flood were apparently tight since their stint with the Falcons, we were never going to be able to keep him.

Umm, we go thru this about every year so this isnt surprising at all. BTW, Flood came to Bama with Sark from the Falcons so truly expected.
