Yeah... and Muschamp is in a bit over his head right now. A first time HC is the absolute last thing aTm needs right now with the move to a far more difficult conference to win in. Kirby might end up being a really good HC, but he will be learning on the job for a few years.

You should at least have a track record to lean on.. And also be able to give a press conference lol. Muschamp yeah great hire... He wont know when its going in the right direction.. His assistants probably think they could do better.

1) Bob Stoops = most overrated HC in college football.
2) For every guy like him who is successful as a first time HC at a BCS program, there are a dozen others who fail miserably like his brother.
