He coulda gone many many places. This is a quality of life move. can’t blame him for wanting to move to the beach.

It's interesting that every USC site and ESPN LA are saying its a done deal and all the national guys and NFL guys are saying its not. Bruce Feldman is usually very plugged in at USC and has good connections though.

Orgeron just hired the guy this past off-season when the OC position was open, and there was plenty of time to look for who he wanted. Why in the world would anyone think he is considering replacing him after one season?

Because he didn’t fix the offense?
It’s not like he would be getting fired. He’d either “step down” or go back to being a positional coach. He’s an LSU lifer and woefully unqualified to be our OC
