Kiffin is a great offensive mind, but a terrible human being.
He's such a dick that he alienates other people around him. That, in turns, leads to instability, which leads to problems within a program over time.
Kiffin is still young enough to grow up, eventually, but he's still too immature to be a successful head coach, IMO.

You would take the guy who was an absolute failure in the SEC over the guy who kept USC competitive in the pac 12 while on sanctions? That tells me all I need to know about you.

I continue to read this crap trying to make Kiffin look bad. Please tell me what this guy has done to make people say this. No one offers any evidence just emotion based stuff .. this guy is steve spurrier like. His resume is o far superior than tom Herman that no CEO would hire Herman over Kiffin on paper and accomplishments. What is wrong with his personality and character. What is it.? And does anyone think that maybe at 41 he has changed if indeed there i some evidence of bad character ? And any way to manage that with a contract and a strong ad presence or the athletic committee. ?
