I don't care as long as they love LSU, have an accent, and cook gumbo. Qualifications don't really matter.

Can't. Wait.

I havent been keeping up. What is so obvious about it?

Canada. Helfrich. BrilesJr. Sark. Riley.

He's the best out of the options they have since Briles is not an option. It just depends on if they care about his off the field stuff.
It's going to be between him and Orlando and I think their choice should be obvious, but maybe they want to try a continuity hire with Orlando. We'll see.

Are you telling me you're doubting the fricking binder son?
Posted on 12/3/16 at 4:16 pm to LSUFAN1970
But where is Kiffin going?

How many recruits are lost if we hire Briles?

I don't think so. Houston does not want a coach that will use them as a stepping stone and leave after 2-3 years. They want long term committment. Can't count Kiffen out, but Miles resume(championship, great recruiter, etc ) and likeliness of him stay may land him that job.

No it's not. Houston is tired of coaches using their program as a stepping stone. Which is exactly what Kiffin intends. The buyout might be a deal breaker.

It is possible, though.

Nobody will spell Kiffin right

Too many near suicide guys on this board. It's embarrassing.
What makes it so obvious? I really don't get what's changed today. Kiffin is coaching a game.
If the word about Houston looking to make it difficult for the next coach to leave is true, Kiffin isn't their guy. Who really believes Kiffin is looking to make Houston a long stop? It's a stepping stone for him and everyone knows it. Why would he block himself in at Houston? If he comes to LSU and succeeds without Saban then it makes him an even bigger, hotter potential HC at a power 5 program without much restriction at all in terms of buyouts.
Basically what I'm saying is, the LSU OC job without real restrictions on leaving, is a better job than the Houston HC with real buyout restrictions for a guy like Kiffin

The only thing that's obvious is this board's flat out REFUSAL to spell the man's last name correctly.

If Kiffen hires Kiffin as his OC we're fricked.

You post the same stupid shite in every thread. No matter how many times you say it, it won't make it true. It's a fake bullshite narrative and you're just showing how much of a little whiny bitch you are
